The Buffalo Project has successfully created a series of data-informed original programming that is focused on building real career skills while promoting cross-cultural understanding among participants.

The theme of this programming for the Spring of 2021, is "Leadership in Times of Crisis," where learners will explore what is required to be effective leaders in challenging times.

The Buffalo Project is also engaged in interesting discussions happening on the online platform for SUNY Empire Students called SUNY Empire Connects. Students can reach out to us through Coffee Talks, COVID-19 Stories, Creative Expressions Sessions and the African American Discussion Group.
